PSHS(ﾌｨﾘﾋﾟﾝｻｲｴﾝｽﾊｲｽｸｰﾙ)交流事業
2025年8月20日 12時09分８月５日から１０日にかけて、フィリピンサイエンスハイスクール（PSHS）の生徒４名、教師１名が来県し、交流を行いました。
From August 5 to 10, four students and one teacher from the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) visited us and took part in exchange activities.
5日、郡山駅にて、ホストファミリーと対面。それぞれのお家で、たこ焼きや手巻き寿司などの夕食をいただき、日本の文化に触れました。
On the 5th, they met their host families at Koriyama Station. At each home, they enjoyed dinners such as takoyaki and hand-rolled sushi, experiencing Japanese culture.
６日午前中、学校案内。文化部では物理部や化学部、生物部の研究を見学。運動部ではﾊﾝﾄﾞﾎﾞｰﾙ部や剣道部の活動を見学しました。中学棟の新校舎の案内では、中学生による英語の説明を受けました。
On the morning of the 6th, we gave them a tour of the school. They observed the research activities of the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology clubs. They also watched the Handball and Kendo clubs in action. During the tour of the new junior high school building, junior high school made a great effort to give explanations in English.
午後からは、郡山市情報博物館の見学、麓山荘での抹茶体験、開成山大神宮参拝をしました。
In the afternoon, they visited the Koriyama City Museum of Information, experienced tea ceremony with matcha at Haruyamasō, and paid a visit to Kaiseizan Daijingu Shrine.
７日、ふたば未来学園高校で開催された「WWL国際サミット」に本校生徒とともに参加。復興伝承館や震災遺構請戸小学校を見学し、レセプションでは学校紹介後、他校生と交流をしました。
On the 7th, they joined our students in participating in the “WWL International Summit” held at Futaba Future School.
8日には福島第一原子力発電所を訪問し、実際のアルプス処理水を手に取ったり、デブリの取り出し作業の進捗状況の説明を受けたりしました。
On the 8th, they visited the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, where they held actual ALPS-treated water in their hands and received explanations about the progress of the fuel debris removal work.
9日、ホストファミリーとの時間をそれぞれ過ごし、夕方からは采女祭りに参加。141期生の観光探究班メンバーとともに、采女踊り流しに参加。浴衣や甚平に身を包み、1時間踊り切りました！
On the 9th, they spent time with their host families, and in the evening took part in the Uneme Festival.
10日朝7時、新幹線にて成田空港へ。夏休み中の訪問でしたが、両校の生徒たちにとって貴重で有意義な時間になったようでした。これからも交流を続け、お互いの文化や違いを知り、多様な価値観をもって考えられる人に成長してほしいです。
On the morning of the 10th, they departed for Narita Airport by Shinkansen. Although the visit took place during the summer vacation, it seems to have been a valuable and meaningful experience for the students of both schools.
